This personal information could include each students' name, e-mail address, and the user ID and password the instructor has assigned to students who are authorized to enter and edit information that appears at the publicly accessible areas of the site.
Instructors and students who have access to this restricted area also have the ability to submit information about students and staff who participate in their school's academic, music, drama and interscholastic sports programs. Although the ScoresUp.com website is expressly designed to provide schools with an on-line forum for promoting the positive aspects of their schools students and programs, schools licensing the eCommEd curriculum are solely responsible for all such content posted at the site. And while Genium Group, Inc. agrees not to reveal the log-on information necessary to enter these restricted areas of ScoresUp.com to any organization or individual, the company is not responsible in the event that an Instructor or Student does so.

Schools that license the eCommEd curriculum use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design their areas of this website and to share with advertisers. For example, they may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area at their school's portion of the website, or that Y number people or Z number of teenagers filled out a mailing list membership form, but these schools should not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Schools that license the eCommEd curriculum may also choose to include an advertiser's message within the e-mailings schools send to their respective mailing list. Since all mailing list member e-mailings are created and distributed only by the School, this practice will not require the school to share any user's e-mail address with the advertiser who's sales message is incorporated within any mailing list member's e-mailed message.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
